Working with MKR Wifi 1010

While searching up some cool techno things that use IoT, I first thought of washing machines. I found an article from 2018 where washing machines are connected to consumers through an application on their phone, very helpful especially in a college dorm setting or laundry mat. Saves time trying to figure out when you can come back to start your wash, and it alerts the user when the washer is done.

Reserving your slot time for the Washer

One of my favorites is the Google Nest Learning Thermostat. It helps to control the home’s temperature and the cooling environment with no effort from the user for the Nest thermostat. It adapts according to your activities and manages room temperature automatically based on your routine.

One that also interests me is the IoT that works with agriculture. It looks cool and fun, would like to learn more about where it’s being used and how. Especially in places that are experiencing drought, could this be used?
